I agree with all of you, but if I had to pick a favorite it would be O Holy Night. Brings tears to my eyes when I hear it, just love that song! (I also love "Baby It's Cold Outside", but that is not a traditional Holiday song, I just like hearing it on my favorite Christmas album by The Brian Setzer Orchastra!)
